Somos un grupo de profesionales del ámbito de las ciencias sociales y la industria editorial, que nos reunimos a fines del 2011 con el objetivo de levantar un medio de comunicación digital conectado con las principales tendencias transformadoras de la sociedad del siglo 21. Nuestros principales focos son las noticias sobre derechos sociales y medio ambiente; los debates de política, educación, género y diversidad sexual; los temas de cultura, transparencia y pueblos originarios. Desarrollamos un periodismo riguroso orientado a personas que valoran contenidos que les permitan reflexionar y descubrir nuevos horizontes de pensamiento, vinculados al fortalecimiento de la democracia participativa, la sustentabilidad y el buen vivir en el planeta. Para hacer sostenible este medio de comunicación pluralista e independiente hemos lanzado la campaña ‘Hazte Socio’ cuya finalidad es co-crear una comunidad de lectores/as más crítica y propositiva que desea participar colaborativamente en la construcción de un mundo mejor. El periodismo independiente y sin censura en Chile es necesario para todas y todos.
