Curioso, nonviolento, amante delle differenze e dell'uguaglianza. Per diversi anni è stato attivista dell’Associazione Umanista Reciprocità, del Centro delle Culture e di Convergenza delle Culture. Nel 2010 ha vinto il Premio internazionale di giornalismo "Maria Grazia Cutuli" raccontando in una tesi le storie di migranti a Napoli e nel 2011 ha collaborato alla redazione Esteri del Corriere della Sera. Ha scritto per Controluce, T.t.NA, Cittàfuture, il blog Nuovi Italiani di Corriere.it. Nel 2012 è stato tra i fondatori del giornale online First Line Press, di cui è stato redattore fino al 2014.
