Hundreds of people marched through the streets of Guadalajara on Sunday to ask that more attention be paid to the environment and human rights. They criticised “the increased militarisation” of a “failed” war against drugs and a rise in human rights abuses in Mexico. The three leaders will discuss climate change policies in preparation for the international environmental conference in Copenhagen in December.
