Un sito internet d’informazione sull’Africa e una testata giornalistica registrata in Italia, presso il Tribunale di Reggio Calabria, a disposizione di tutti gli africani e di tutti gli italiani interessati al continente africano e ai popoli che lo abitano. E’ un progetto innovativo al quale partecipano con il loro lavoro molti africani: reporter, fotografi, blogger e molti altri. Fino a ieri le notizie da e sull’Africa, nel panorama mediatico online Italiano, erano riportate principalmente da testate giornalistiche legate a organizzazioni religiose e/o ad Ong. Tuttavia, gli africani hanno fatto progressi enormi. Nel settore dei media, per esempio, gli africani hanno costruito importanti siti internet tecnologicamente all’avanguardia. Stanno raccontando al mondo che cosa succede nel loro continente dal vivo, senza mediazioni esterne. Lo stanno facendo sulla rete internet nel proprio paese, dal proprio villaggio. Live 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Le notizie riguardanti l’Africa e gli africani non sono più filtrate da punti di vista stranieri. Inoltre, c’è un crescente numero di italiani che ha importanti relazioni di lavoro, e non solo, con gli africani. www.africanews.it
