After having seen it happen multiple times in my own country and other European countries how Jewish organisations, not-Jewish organisations and Jewish and not-Jewish individuals scream anti-semitism when people denounce and condemn Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian population in Gaza, I have decided to make my statement.
What I am going to say now must shock more than one Jewish and not Jewish person. But I will say it anyway. If you are supporting the hateful Sionist genocide against the Palestinian population of Gaza, if you are supporting the hateful violence the IDF is now excercising in the Westbank, if you are supporting Netanyahu and his government of criminals, all this with the argument that Israel has the right to defend itself, you have no right to use the word anti-semitism against those who accuse Israel of genocide against the Palestinian population of Gaza. Anti-semitism has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with accusing and condemning Sionist warcrimes against humanity. Netanyahu and his club of Sionist thugs might be Jews, but first and foremost they are horrible people and everybody can see that and confirm it.
So please do not play the victim of anti-semitism but rather stand up and look 70+ years of Sionist violence and propaganda against the Palestinian people in the face. Today this cannot be hidden anymore. Israel is a state build on violence right from the start. By fascist Sionists who never suffered from the Holocaust. It is sad but very true. And it is time to wake up.
A lot of Jewish people did already and stand openly with the palestinian population and their endless suffering.
If after having read this until here you come with the argument that Hamas attacked and murdered Israeli Jews I will say you are right. But I invite you to ask yourself why that did happen. If you are sincere with yourself you know why. Or do you think an oppressed people has no right to defend itself? That it must endlessly bow its head for its oppressor?
The world is changing rapidly and all forms of violence has to end. Make sure you will be part of a nonviolent future, together with all those who are building it. There is no other way for humankind to go forward.
