A rally and march to call attention to the rising dangers of nuclear war and to demand that the NPT Review Conference make progress toward the goal of a nuclear-free world.

On Sunday, April 26th, at 10 AM EDT, one day before the NPT meetings begin, the  atomic-bomb victims and activists will gather in Manhattan at the New York City Public Library (at Fifth Avenue and 41st Street) and march to the Isaiah Wall, across from the United Nations, to call attention to the rising dangers of nuclear war and to demand that the NPT Review Conference make progress toward the goal of a nuclear weapons-free world. They will end their march at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (at First Avenue and 47th Street).

Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 10 AM. in front of the New York Public Library (Fifth Avenue & 41st Street), Manhattan. A rally will be followed by a procession: from 42nd Street to the Isaiah Hall near the United Nations, ending at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (First Avenue & 47th Street).
The action will conclude as 12 NOON.

Japanese, Korean and U.S.  atomic-bomb victims (Hibakusha) and nuclear abolition activists will be in New York City for the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty (NPT) meetings at the United Nations headquarters to be held from April 27th to May 22nd. The Treaty is regarded as the cornerstone of global nuclear non-proliferation and an essential foundation for the pursuit of nuclear disarmament.
