In the aftermath of the supertyphoon Yolanda which hit Leyte, many relief and livelihood activities were launched by friends, families and members of Ang Komunidad together with other volunteer groups.
Willa Tecson, Pasig, reporting

Livelihood projects were started in Brgy. Bislig (fishing coastal community) and Brgy. Cacao (rice inland community).

Now on its second year, a humanist values training workshop was held for the members of COFA farmers in Brgy. Cacao, Kananga, Leyte.

At Brgy. Bislig, Tanauan, Leyte, Ang Komunidad had a dialogue with the fishermen on livelihood and organizational matters, awarded to 3 fishermen the “FAAP 1” 30-footer boat, and explained humanist principles to help strengthen the members and their inter-relationships.
