Sandro Ciani

Sandro was born in Rome (January 6, 1966); he has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a personal aptitude for management, relations and event organization. He has worked in information technology and in the area of autonomous driving projects. He is currently an activist for non-violence, disarmament and pacifism in particular against the atom weapons and the climate changes that might cause further conflicts in the world as well as discrimination. Sandro took part in the Equipe Base (EB) in the 1st world march in 2009/2010, along the American path (from NYC to Punta de Vacas, passing through the eastern part of South America - Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile) and in the 2nd world march in 2019/2020 from NYC to Berlin, including Hiroshima, also passing through Moscow and central Europe. Last but not least, Sandro participated as an ICAN member trough MSGySV also to 1° and 2° meetings of the States Parties of the TPNW at the United Nations (Vienna June 2022 and NYC December 2023). Sandro endorsed the 3° World March for Peace and Nonviolence.
