Spotlight on the Build, Power, and Water Series

The exhibitions feature the 30th Build Bangladesh International Expo 2025 and 24th Real Estate Expo 2025, marking 30 years of the Build Series—Bangladesh’s largest and longest-running construction expo. The event showcases innovations in building materials, construction technology, interior design, and modern housing.

With the construction sector contributing over 8% to GDP and rapid urbanization driving demand for housing and infrastructure, the Build Series serves as a vital platform for industry players to explore emerging technologies and strengthen business partnerships.

Parallel to this, CEMS-Global is hosting the 27th Power Bangladesh International Expo, 22nd Solar Bangladesh International Expo, and 7th Dhaka International Lighting Expo, collectively branded as the Power Series. These are the country’s premier exhibitions for power generation, renewable energy, and advanced lighting solutions, promoting Bangladesh’s transition toward clean and sustainable energy.

The Water Bangladesh International Expo 2025 complements these with a focus on water and wastewater management, purification, desalination, and smart water systems—aligned with national initiatives like the Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100 to ensure environmental sustainability and water security.

Strong International Participation

More than 200 exhibitors from over 20 countries—including China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, the UAE, and the UK—are participating across 500 booths and international pavilions. The event is expected to attract over 35,000 trade visitors, including policymakers, industry leaders, and business professionals. Leading Bangladeshi brands such as Walton, ACI, Rahimafrooz, Omera, and SSG are showcasing their latest innovations.

Speaking at the opening, Meherun N. Islam highlighted CEMS-Global’s 30-year legacy of connecting industries and nations:

“For the past three decades, CEMS-Global has been at the forefront of organizing international exhibitions that bridge industries and nations. The Build, Power, and Water Series embodies Bangladesh’s industrial progress and growing commitment to sustainability.”

Seminars and Conferences Driving Knowledge Exchange

A series of five seminars will take place from November 13–15, featuring sessions on architecture, sustainable design, and energy innovation. Highlights include “Symbiotic Grounds: Reframing Architecture Through Context, Craft, and Circularity”, “The Future of Power Generation in Bangladesh”, and “Future Proofing Bangladesh Through Green and Resilient Buildings”. These discussions, co-organized by ARCHICONNECT, aim to inspire cross-disciplinary collaboration around innovation and cultural identity.

In collaboration with GIZ Bangladesh, the 22nd Solar Bangladesh International Expo will host a full-day conference titled “Innovations & Partnerships for Sustainable Energy Transition” on November 15 at ICCB Hall 5. The event will feature four thematic sessions exploring green cooling, renewable energy efficiency, skills development, rooftop solar programs, and corporate power purchase agreements (CPPAs).

Showcasing Architectural Resilience

As part of its social commitment, CEMS-Global, in partnership with ARCHICONNECT, is presenting “Architecture of Resilience”—a digital showcase of award-winning architectural designs from 2000 to 2025—at Hall 4 (Noboratri), ICCB. The exhibition celebrates innovation, sustainability, and resilience in architecture, inspiring both professionals and the public.

Bengal Airlift Limited serves as the official travel, courier, and cargo partner for the exhibitions.

Through these landmark exhibitions, CEMS-Global reinforces Bangladesh’s emergence as a regional hub for industrial innovation, renewable energy, and sustainable infrastructure development in South Asia.
