Given that it is becoming increasingly difficult to denounce violence, wars and genocide because the mainstream media labels us as anti-Semitic, pro-Russian or woke.  Today I launched a petition inviting girls and women to declare their commitment to build a world without violence and wars.

In this campaign, we emphasize that girls and women take a personal stand against the violence, war and genocide. As women we are saying that these events in today’s world directly affect our choice of partners and our future, without necessarily taking sides with a particular clan, faction, ideology or religion.

We, women and girls, must take a greater role so that the dominant male narratives of wars and violence are transformed. We can take action to change things and prepare the future for peace.

Girls, the first question to ask a guy you’re interested in:

What do you think about the Palestinian genocide? 

 

The second question to ask a guy:

Do you think Europe, Canada and the USA should push for a peace agreement

NOW between Ukraine and Russia ?

 

Why are these two questions essential to ask a guy on a first date!

 

Too often, we girls and women fall under the spell of guys who are very interesting, but we don’t check their positions on conflict resolution. 

Does this guy that I will meet for the first time consider war and violence to be the fundamental means in conflict resolution? 

Because if he believes in violence to get things done, perhaps at some point his position will involve me directly when we will have some disagreements in our relationship!

Petition statments:

Today we declare:

  • Our unconditional commitment to peace and nonviolence as means to resolve conflict!
  • We will walk away from a date with a guy who support wars and the genocide in Gaza!
  • We will build nonviolent relationships with men for a future without wars and violence!

We girls and women demand peace. But to prepare for peace, we need to build nonviolent relationships with men, women and the people around us!

This petition is for all girls women who are disgusted by the genocide in Gaza and the war in Ukraine. It is a nonviolent resistance that speaks of true love for men and humanity.

Thus, we girls and women, through this petition, affirm that we will not engage in intimate relationships with men who support wars and genocide!

We hope to collect several thousand names and deliver the petition to the members of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2025.
