As if the moral bankrupty of the EU and the UK in relation to their direct involvement in NATO’s proxi war in Ukraine is not enough the EU is now openly driving its regime change plans in Serbia, Hungary and Slowakya. It failed to do so in Georgia until now, it succeded in Moldovia until now.
The way to achieve its goals is always the same: by way of so called foreign NGO’s and inside NGO’s in all the here mentioned countries. NGO’s who get their money from the EU, the SOROS Fundation and other sources. And NATO interests are directly embedded as well.
Their interference in the internal affairs of these countries is overly clear: in the case of Hungary and Slovakya because of the political stance of the governments there in relation to Russia and the NATO war in Ukraine. As part of the EU these 2 countries have a veto right like all the countries of the EU and with their veto they have tried to stop further EU support to Ukraine and new sanction packages against Russia and they openly advocate an end to the war and negotiations with Russia. A stance that for the rest of the EU countries is unacceptible. The EU Commission in Brussels uses Human Rights issues (for example LHBTI+) and corruption to attack those governments and to support openly opposition parties who it deems more malleable to its own agenda.
One could question the ideas of the parties in power in Hungary and Slovakya, but they are elected in democratic elections by the voters. And it is up to the voters in these countries to change regime, as it should be in every sovereign country.
The interferences of the EU in Serbia have the same goal. Serbia applied for membership of the EU many years ago but does not want to give up its relations with Russia which go way back to the Russian Empire. Serbia has a slavic population who practises the Orthodox Christian Religion which also strenghtens its ties with Russia. The EU wants Serbia to become a Neoliberal country cutting its ties with Russia and open to recieve NATO on its soil. The current government of Serbia does not want to severe its ties to Russia and does not want NATO bases on its soil. It will never forget how NATO bombed Belgrade and the whole infrastructure of the country.
At the moment I am writing this article there are protests again in Belgrade and other cities, protests orchestrated by those foreign and so called local NGO’s, all in the hand of Brussels EU commission. Today they burned the party office of the party in power, in other portests they attacked the parliament building. They are hailed in the European media as citizens protesting against the corruption of the current government. If this would happen in for example France , the Netherlands or Germany, they would be called violent rioters and arrested. It makes clear what kind of methods the EU is using to get its regime change in Serbia. By violent and intimidating protests of a minority of so called opposition. It is Kiev 2014 all over again. Always using a lot of violence as regime change method. The EU learned it well from US CIA. And they are not stopping. Serbia must be incorporated in the EU (and NATO) at any cost, but under the conditions the EU dictates. What the EU elite in Brussels underestimates is the population as a whole in Serbia. It underestimated the population as a whole in Georgia. These are other cultures with a very long history which is not western. They might be interested in good economic relations with the EU on equal basis, but they are not interested in the decadent values of Western Europe or economic domination. And for sure not in having NATO bases on their soil with its weapons aimed at Russia.
The EU is doomed as long as this morally bankrupted European political elite stays in power. It has tranformed itself in a technocratic monster with dictatorial and selfdestructive tendencies. It has become very angry because it cannot and could not get what it wants. Not regarding Russia’s demise, not regarding Ukraine, not regardin new NATO expansion. All lost. It has become a shell of its former and original lofty intentions to create a European zone of peace and cooperation, even with Russia, after centuries of wars on its soil. It sold itself to NATO expansion and NATO wars and provoked a new war on European soil aimed against Russia. It has obstaculated every attempt to brooker a peaceful solution in Ukraine since 2015. And now it has also lost its place in world affairs, economically and politically.
The most clear aspect of its downfall is its unconditional support of a totally corrupt, neonazi infested, anti-democratic regime in Kiev which shows to the world that its interest never was to defend democracy but to get its hands on part of the natural resources in eastern Ukraine that it needs for its technology. Resources Zelensky was and is very eager to sell to western companies.
Everything went wrong, but this same elite will never admit it. It will defend its place of power at any cost, even when it knows its power is crumbling by the day. The EU will fall apart, together with NATO. And maybe this is the best thing to happen in all this mess. Because then something new and better can rise from the ashes.
