Yesterday in Tel Aviv’s Habima Square, despite restrictions and warnings, pacifist and nonviolent associations organized a demonstration to clearly state that Israeli civil society is against war.

Several hundred people called for an immediate end to the war against Iran and denounced the increase in violence by settlers in the West Bank.

At the same time, in a video on her Instagram page, pacifist singer Noa, who is stuck in Florence and cannot return to her country, joined the protests and launched an appeal for peace and an end to hostilities throughout the region.

“We must work for peace and believe in it. It will come, sooner than we think. We must understand the interconnectedness of all living beings. We depend on each other and we must remember who we really are: creatures of pure love. The solution will only come from respect for responsibility, transparency, compromise, compassion, courage, and trust.”
