La victoire \u00e9clatante de l\u2019ancienne mandataire Michelle Bachelet au second tour des pr\u00e9sidentielles au Chili place le pays aux portes de profonds changements sociaux, si son programme de gouvernement s\u2019accomplit.
\n\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une victoire d’envergure historique pour les forces de gauche et les progressistes, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Prensa Latina le pr\u00e9sident du Parti de la gauche citoyenne, Victor Osorio, parti int\u00e9grant le pacte oppositeur Nueva Mayor\u00eda (Nouvelle majorit\u00e9), lequel a nomm\u00e9 l\u2019expr\u00e9sidente (2006-2010).<\/p>\n

Selon Osorio, le 62,16 pour cent des votes en faveur de Bachelet met en \u00e9vidence que l\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 des citoyens ayant eu all\u00e9s aux urnes s\u2019identifient avec les propositions du bloc qui cherchent \u00e0 \u00e9difier un nouveau pays visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 intense et \u00e0 permettre l\u2019essor de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019abstention, des 13 millions 500 mille citoyens, plus ou moins, qui int\u00e8grent la liste \u00e9lectorale, cinq millions 700 mille (47 pour cent des \u00e9lecteurs) ont vot\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir connu les r\u00e9sultats, Bachelet a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 les priorit\u00e9s de son futur gouvernement \u00e0 partir qu\u2019elle re\u00e7oit le 11 mars 2014 l’\u00e9charpe pr\u00e9sidentielle.<\/p>\n

Parmi ses propositions, elle a remarqu\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 d\u2019entreprendre une profonde r\u00e9forme \u00e9ducationnelle et d\u2019avancer vers une nouvelle Constitution.<\/p>\n

Devant centaines d\u2019adeptes en dehors l\u2019h\u00f4tel Plaza San Francisco, Bachelet a remerci\u00e9 les voix populaires, en particulier les jeunes, desquelles ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels de son programme,<\/p>\n

Elle a mis l\u2019accent sur la bataille qu\u2019elle livrera pour que le pays avance vers une nouvelle Constitution qui doit garantir plus de droits et na\u00eetre de la d\u00e9mocratie, au lieu de la grande Charte en vigueur, \u00e9tablie lors de la dictature d\u2019Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990).<\/p>\n
