C&rsquo;est ce que demandent depuis de longues ann\u00e9es les opposants au projet de nouvelle ligne ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, ainsi que le doublement des voies reliant Aix-les-Bains \u00e0 Annecy.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Ibanez a r\u00e9agi \u00e0 ces recommandations en d\u00e9clarant :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les analyses des opposants sur l&rsquo;inutilit\u00e9 du projet Lyon-Turin, qui n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 que sur des pr\u00e9visions fantaisistes, sont une nouvelle fois reconnues par le COI. Ces analyses existent au plus haut niveau de l&rsquo;administration dans les rapports du Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Ponts&amp;Chauss\u00e9es d\u00e8s 1998 et avec l&rsquo;Inspection G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Finances \u00e0 nouveau en 2003. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La proposition des opposants au projet Lyon-Turin, de doubler les voies uniques en r\u00e9gion Auvergne\/Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes est retenue pour la section Saint-Andr\u00e9 le-Gaz\/Chamb\u00e9ry, ce qui r\u00e9pond aux urgences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux ferr\u00e9s, des besoins de transports du quotidien et aux r\u00e9els enjeux pour le XXI\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Si les acc\u00e8s fran\u00e7ais au tunnel Lyon-Turin ont des caract\u00e9ristiques socio-\u00e9conomiques clairement d\u00e9favorables comme l&rsquo;a \u00e9crit le COI, alors l&rsquo;analyse est identique pour le projet de tunnel Lyon-Turin. Ce n&rsquo;est pas nouveau, puisque dans le dossier de Lyon-Turin Ferroviaire il \u00e9tait \u00e9crit en 2006 : \u00ab\u00a0Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice actualis\u00e9 est n\u00e9gatif (-550Me)\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;ensemble du projet Lyon-Turin appara\u00eet donc une nouvelle fois pour ce qu&rsquo;il est : un projet aussi inutile que dispendieux et nuisible aux finances publiques. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous invitons les \u00e9lus \u00e0 travailler avec les opposants dont les propositions sont reconnues comme pertinentes et document\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arr\u00eatons d&rsquo;engloutir l&rsquo;argent public dans des projets dont tout le monde sait qu&rsquo;il sont fond\u00e9s sur des pr\u00e9visions fausses et qui ne sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 que des gouffres financiers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le projet Lyon-Turin \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 30 milliards d&rsquo;euros est l&rsquo;illustration parfaite de ces
