En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il concentre les principales failles de l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire. Retards, co\u00fbts colossaux, risques en mati\u00e8re de s\u00fbret\u00e9\u2026 Interpellons l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire pour qu\u2019elle ne valide pas la cuve d\u00e9fectueuse de l\u2019EPR\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2005, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire savait que les proc\u00e9dures de fabrication de la cuve de l\u2019EPR de Flamanville comportent de <a class=\"spip_out\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sortirdunucleaire.org\/article50957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">graves manquements<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Or, la cuve, pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse d\u2019un r\u00e9acteur nucl\u00e9aire, ne doit surtout pas rompre. L\u2019ASN avait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque averti EDF et Areva des risques encourus, mais ces derniers ont tout de m\u00eame lanc\u00e9 sa fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Le gendarme du nucl\u00e9aire doit rendre un avis d\u00e9finitif sur la question en septembre prochain mais subit une pression consid\u00e9rable de la part d\u2019EDF, d\u2019Areva, de l\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais et m\u00eame de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne dans l\u2019optique de faire homologuer cette cuve d\u00e9fectueuse.<\/p>\n<p>Emp\u00eachons les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire de l\u2019emporter sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de chacun.e d\u2019entre nous, mettons la pression sur l\u2019ASN pour qu\u2019elle refuse d\u2019homologuer cette cuve\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous avons attir\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re fois l\u2019attention de l\u2019ASN sur cette p\u00e9tition <a class=\"spip_out\" href=\"http:\/\/sortirdunucleaire.org\/Pres-de-35-000-personnes-demandent-a-l-Autorite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">lors d\u2019une action<\/a> avant la tenue du Groupe permanent d\u2019experts pour les \u00e9quipements sous pression nucl\u00e9aire, le 26 juin 2017. Nous comptons interpeller l\u2019ASN tout l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle rende son avis d\u00e9finitif. Il est toujours temps de signer pour manifester votre refus d\u2019une d\u00e9cision scandaleuse\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"spip\">Texte de la p\u00e9tition qui sera envoy\u00e9e au pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ASN<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><i>\u00c0 M.\u00a0Pierre-Franck Chevet, <br class=\"manualbr\" \/>Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Monsieur,<\/p>\n<p>Comme le prouvent des documents r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s le 31 mars 2017 par France Info, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire a d\u00e9tect\u00e9, d\u00e8s 2005, de graves probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 l\u2019usine Creusot Forge, o\u00f9 devait \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e la cuve de l\u2019EPR de Flamanville. Ces dysfonctionnements laissaient pr\u00e9voir que la qualit\u00e9 des aciers ne serait pas garantie. EDF et Areva avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 avertis.<\/p>\n<p>Votre pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur s\u2019\u00e9tait dit \u00ab\u00a0effondr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb par ce qu\u2019il avait constat\u00e9 dans l\u2019usine en 2006. Pourtant, alors que les aciers ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre aux normes, l\u2019usine a continu\u00e9 sa production sans \u00eatre inqui\u00e9t\u00e9e et a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication de la cuve de l\u2019EPR, cuve qui est aujourd\u2019hui install\u00e9e sur le site de Flamanville 3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acier des calottes comporte une teneur en carbone double de ce qui est attendu, ce qui d\u00e9grade d\u2019autant la r\u00e9silience (r\u00e9sistance aux chocs) du mat\u00e9riau. La r\u00e9silience requise est d\u00e9finie dans l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 26 f\u00e9vrier 1974 relatif \u00e0 la construction du circuit primaire principal des chaudi\u00e8res nucl\u00e9aires \u00e0 eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous demandons le strict respect de cet arr\u00eat\u00e9 concernant la r\u00e9silience minimale de l\u2019acier.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Commission europ\u00e9enne accepte la validation du plan de sauvetage d\u2019Areva par l\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 condition que l\u2019ASN donne une \u00ab\u00a0conclusion positive\u00a0\u00bb aux essais sur la cuve de l\u2019EPR.
