{"id":214973,"date":"2015-08-28T11:00:37","date_gmt":"2015-08-28T10:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/?p=214973"},"modified":"2015-08-29T17:38:28","modified_gmt":"2015-08-29T16:38:28","slug":"developpement-dun-medicament-contre-lirradiation-nucleaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2015\/08\/developpement-dun-medicament-contre-lirradiation-nucleaire\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un m\u00e9dicament contre l&rsquo;irradiation nucl\u00e9aire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des chercheurs ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un m\u00e9dicament qui permettrait d&rsquo;augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le taux de survie apr\u00e8s une exposition aux irradiations nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p>\n<p>Un article publi\u00e9 par la revue <em>Nouvelles de la Science et la Technologie<\/em> a indiqu\u00e9 que le m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 base de peptide TP508 avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour stimuler la gu\u00e9rison de la peau, des os et des tissus musculaires par une \u00e9quipe de recherche interdisciplinaire men\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement m\u00e9dical de l\u2019universit\u00e9 du Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9dicament TP508 avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 son potentiel pour r\u00e9parer des tissus en stimulant une bonne circulation sanguine, en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019inflammation et en diminuant la mort des cellules.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les essais cliniques sur les humains, le m\u00e9dicament TP508 a augment\u00e9 la gu\u00e9rison du mal perforant plantaire (une forme d\u2019ulc\u00e8re qui affecte les plantes du pied et qui est aggrav\u00e9 par le diab\u00e8te) ainsi que des fractures du poignet, sans effets secondaires.<\/p>\n<p>La principale auteure de la recherche, Carla Kantara souligne que l&rsquo;on peut l\u2019administrer en l\u2019espace de 24 heures pour augmenter la survie de la victime. Cela permet aux victimes d\u2019avoir plus de temps pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de traitements plus avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Une seule injection d\u2019un peptide r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rant a permis d\u2019augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le taux de survie chez des souris. Les chercheurs ont fait cette injection 24 heures apr\u00e8s que les souris aient \u00e9t\u00e9 contamin\u00e9es par une exposition aux irradiations nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p>\n<p>Une exposition aux radiations nucl\u00e9aires d\u00e9clenche de nombreux effets mortels.
