{"id":1774614,"date":"2023-10-15T16:07:16","date_gmt":"2023-10-15T15:07:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/?p=1774614"},"modified":"2023-10-15T16:07:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-15T15:07:16","slug":"perou-san-marcos-un-nouveau-systeme-hydroponique-pour-une-culture-sans-pollution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2023\/10\/perou-san-marcos-un-nouveau-systeme-hydroponique-pour-une-culture-sans-pollution\/","title":{"rendered":"[P\u00e9rou] San Marcos : un nouveau syst\u00e8me hydroponique pour une culture sans pollution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un nouveau syst\u00e8me hydroponique national automatis\u00e9, qui permet une production optimale des cultures mara\u00eech\u00e8res et des r\u00e9coltes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un centre de contr\u00f4le et de gestion situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos\u00a0 (universit\u00e9 nationale principale de San Marcos),\u00a0 UNMSM, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et mis en \u0153uvre par des chercheurs de la <em>Decana de Am\u00e9rica<\/em> (doyenne d\u2019Am\u00e9rique) [NdT: En vertu de son \u00e2ge &#8211; elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e\u00a0 en 1551 &#8211;\u00a0 l\u2019UNMSM a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e \u201cDoyenne d\u2019Am\u00e9rique\u201d].<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hydroponie est un syst\u00e8me de culture dans lequel on utilise 70 \u00e0 90 % moins d&rsquo;eau que dans l&rsquo;agriculture traditionnelle car l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment liquide est recycl\u00e9 et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9. Un autre de ses avantages est qu&rsquo;elle permet de produire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trois fois plus que les autres techniques agricoles courantes et, en outre, les l\u00e9gumes peuvent contenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50 % de vitamines de plus.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Sotelo L\u00f3pez, responsable du projet de recherche \u00ab\u00a0Syst\u00e8me national d&rsquo;hydroponie automatis\u00e9e pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire au P\u00e9rou\u00a0\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 que pour obtenir une r\u00e9colte efficace, il est n\u00e9cessaire de disposer de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le, de surveillance et de gestion des param\u00e8tres pour le bon d\u00e9veloppement des cultures, ce qui, selon lui, peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de la technique de l&rsquo;internet des objets.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La recherche a une contribution importante pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des solutions technologiques pour les serres et les installations de culture hydroponique visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la production alimentaire et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie de la population dans le cadre des Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD), r\u00e9alisant ainsi un impact sur toute la population du pays, en particulier dans les zones o\u00f9 les niveaux de malnutrition sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire de chercheurs de San Marcos a mis en place des serres et des modules pour les plantations de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits dans un espace du nouveau pavillon de la Facult\u00e9 d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lectronique et \u00e9lectrique (FIEE), avec de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0, par exemple, que des laitues, des fraises, du basilic, des poivrons, des piments, des citrouilles, des concombres, entre autres l\u00e9gumes hautement nutritifs et exempts de contamination, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9s et r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 titre exp\u00e9rimental. Selon Mg. Sotelo, professeur de recherche \u00e0 la FIEE, le projet vise \u00e0 mettre en place des modules similaires dans les 24 capitales r\u00e9gionales du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Drusila V\u00e1squez, membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de recherche, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un projet tr\u00e8s important pour la communaut\u00e9 et l&rsquo;agriculture du pays, car la proposition d&rsquo;hydratation hydroponique permet d&rsquo;obtenir des l\u00e9gumes exempts de contamination et de tout type d&rsquo;agent pathog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous \u00e9vitons la contamination des aliments en r\u00e9gulant les solutions nutritives qui alimentent la plante en nitrates, sulfates et phosphates, qui sont n\u00e9cessaires pour que les plantes soient plus nutritives et non toxiques ou risqu\u00e9es pour la consommation humaine\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Drusila a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, la mesure des niveaux de nutriments, de pH, de salinit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 est manuelle, mais qu&rsquo;ils esp\u00e8rent bient\u00f4t installer des capteurs pour pouvoir effectuer des mesures plus efficaces et r\u00e9aliser un contr\u00f4le plus rigoureux.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le projet multidisciplinaire de San Marcos susmentionn\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien du doyen de la FIEE, le Dr Dario Utrilla Salazar, du Dr Raul Benitez, professeur de la facult\u00e9, de Juanmanuel Quintanilla, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et biotechnologie; de Manuel Perez, des sciences biologiques, et d&rsquo;Alexandra
