{"id":1774380,"date":"2023-10-14T22:08:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-14T21:08:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/?p=1774380"},"modified":"2023-10-14T22:08:24","modified_gmt":"2023-10-14T21:08:24","slug":"perou-champignons-damazonie-une-alternative-a-la-viande","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2023\/10\/perou-champignons-damazonie-une-alternative-a-la-viande\/","title":{"rendered":"[P\u00e9rou] Champignons d&rsquo;Amazonie : une alternative \u00e0 la viande"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong><em>L&rsquo;Institut de recherche de l&rsquo;Amazonie p\u00e9ruvienne a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es scientifiques qui valorisent nos ressources naturelles et notre biodiversit\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les champignons amazoniens \u00e0 haute teneur en prot\u00e9ines offrent une alternative viable et durable \u00e0 la viande, tout en contribuant aux \u00e9conomies locales et en tirant parti de notre biodiversit\u00e9 amazonienne.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l&rsquo;Institut de recherche de l&rsquo;Amazonie p\u00e9ruvienne (IIAP), qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 d&rsquo;importantes avanc\u00e9es dans la production de champignons comestibles \u00e0 des repr\u00e9sentants des trois niveaux de gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est \u00e9galement de proposer et d&rsquo;encourager des techniques de production qui contribuent \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes d\u00e9grad\u00e9s et au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;alternatives \u00e9conomiques durables.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la visite du si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;IIAP Huanuco, les chercheurs ont expliqu\u00e9 comment, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la science, les ressources fournies par la biodiversit\u00e9 amazonienne peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de l&rsquo;environnement, le gouverneur de Huanuco et le pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale d&rsquo;Amazonie, Antonio Pulgar, ainsi que le maire provincial de Leoncio Prado, Marx Fuentes, ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la visite.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.servindi.org\/sites\/default\/files\/editor_2023\/iiap_callampas.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><br \/>\n(Cr\u00e9dit image: Photo par IIAP)<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des r\u00e9sultats porte sur la production de champignons comestibles, appel\u00e9s callampas, qui sont cultiv\u00e9s dans les installations de l&rsquo;IIAP dans des conditions de lumi\u00e8re et de temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifiques et optimales.<\/p>\n<p>Les scientifiques de l&rsquo;IIAP utilisent \u00e9galement des d\u00e9chets organiques solides pour produire des larves de mouches \u201c<em>soldado negra<\/em>\u201d (\u201csoldat noir\u201d) afin de nourrir d&rsquo;autres animaux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;application de cette recherche a un impact sur la r\u00e9activation de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie locale des communaut\u00e9s qui les utilisent vivantes comme nourriture pour les poissons dans les \u00e9levages familiaux.<\/p>\n<p>De cette mani\u00e8re, une forme ou un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire est mis en place.
