Ce jour-l\u00e0 naissait le programme humanitaire le plus long de l\u2019histoire.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cubaperiodistas.cu\/\">Cubaperiodistas<\/a> se rappelle de cette date et republie ces histoires, comme une contribution et un encouragement \u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable paix et \u00e0 un monde meilleur.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2022\/07\/episode-1-les-enfants-de-tchernobyl-a-cuba-une-histoire-jamais-racontee\/\">\u00c9pisode 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2022\/07\/episode-2-4-les-enfants-de-tchernobyl-a-cuba-une-histoire-jamais-racontee\/\">\u00c9pisode 2<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2022\/07\/episode-3-4-les-enfants-de-tchernobyl-a-cuba-une-histoire-jamais-racontee\/\">\u00c9pisode 3<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2022\/07\/episode-4-4-les-enfants-de-tchernobyl-a-cuba-une-histoire-jamais-racontee\/\">\u00c9pisode 4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 21 ans d\u2019un fonctionnement gratuit et d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9, le programme humanitaire des enfants de Tchernobyl \u00e0 Cuba a non seulement permis d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats sur la sant\u00e9, mais a \u00e9galement permis de syst\u00e9matiser les applications dans des environnements divers, scientifiquement et m\u00e9dicalement. Le programme a pris le nom de <strong>Programme Cubain de Prise en charge M\u00e9dicale Int\u00e9grale pour les enfants touch\u00e9s par la catastrophe de Tchernobyl<\/strong> et il a exist\u00e9 officiellement entre le 29 mars 1990 et le 24 novembre 2011. Son si\u00e8ge se trouvait \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital p\u00e9diatrique de Tarara, mais d\u2019autres institutions hospitali\u00e8res du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 cubain, des institutions et des organismes du pays ont apport\u00e9 leur aide \u00e0 26 114 patients venant de Russie, de Bi\u00e9lorussie et d\u2019Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rapport \u00e9mis \u00e0 la fin du programme pr\u00e9sente des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales ainsi que que des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s probants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ORGANISATION DES SERVICES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les services m\u00e9dicaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9s en fonction des trois niveaux de soin m\u00e9dicaux :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Premier niveau : prise en charge m\u00e9dicale int\u00e9grale par les m\u00e9decins et infirmiers dans les habitations de Tarara o\u00f9 logent les patients.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second niveau : soins dispens\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Tarara, dans les services hospitaliers p\u00e9diatriques et les cliniques de la capitale du pays.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troisi\u00e8me niveau : soins dispens\u00e9s dans des instituts et centres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9s de technologies de pointe.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PROGRAMME D\u2019ASSISTANCE M\u00c9DICALE :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examen m\u00e9dical int\u00e9gral pour tous les patients d\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e, pr\u00e9paration des dossiers m\u00e9dicaux et redirection dans les services lors de la premi\u00e8re semaine.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examen g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de tous les patients afin de confirmer et \u00e9valuer les maladies rapport\u00e9es, permettant d\u2019orienter les rayonnements ionisants \u00e0 mettre en place.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Images m\u00e9dicales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examen sp\u00e9cifique en fonction des indications m\u00e9dicales fournies et des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de chaque patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e crois\u00e9e en fonction du besoin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traitement m\u00e9dical int\u00e9gral et r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9\u00e9ducation psychologique au travers de consultations avec les sp\u00e9cialistes, d\u2019activit\u00e9s de groupe, d\u2019un large programme r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif et culturel comme les visites de mus\u00e9es, de zoo, d\u2019aquarium\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soins stomatologiques complets.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesures dosim\u00e9triques et pronostics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surveillance sanitaire et \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Enfants-Tchernobyl1.jpg\" width=\"768\" height=\"1037\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Traitement m\u00e9dical. Photo : Archive \u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale<\/h5>\n<p><b><u>MALADIES PRINCIPALES\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Infections endocriniennes<\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">59,6% des patients pr\u00e9sentaient des infections du syst\u00e8me endocrinien, dont\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hyperplasie de la thyro\u00efde IA 23,1 %<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hyperplasie de la thyro\u00efde IB 12,2 %<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hyperplasie de la thyro\u00efde grade II\u00a0 4,3 %<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hyperplasie de la thyro\u00efde grade III \u00a0 1,1 %<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autres endocrinopathies 18,9 %<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un grand nombre de ces patients ont vu leur \u00e9tat s\u2019am\u00e9liorer simplement en \u00e9tant dans un environnement naturellement riche en iode. On leur a fait faire des analyses, on les a soign\u00e9s et ils sont rentr\u00e9s en meilleure sant\u00e9 avec des recommandations particuli\u00e8res.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trois maladies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement mises en \u00e9vidence parmi le groupe des autres endocrinopathies : l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 exog\u00e8ne, la gyn\u00e9comastie et la petite taille.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Infections de l\u2019appareil digestif<\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">48,6% des patients pr\u00e9sentaient des infections digestives telles que des douleurs abdominales r\u00e9currentes, ce fut le principal motif de consultation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des \u00e9tudes endoscopiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur 60% des personnes affect\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il en a d\u00e9coul\u00e9 que les d\u00e9couvertes endoscopiques \u00e9taient li\u00e9es \u00e0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u0153sophage : l\u2019hernie hiatale pour 5,7%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019estomac : la gastrite chronique\u00a0pour 54,8 %, l\u2019hyperplasie lympho\u00efde\u00a0pour 12,8%, la gastrite aigu\u00eb pour 1,7%, les polypes gastriques pour 1,7%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le duod\u00e9num, la duod\u00e9nite chronique pour 39,5 %, l\u2019hyperplasie lympho\u00efde pour 6,4 %.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suite aux frotis duod\u00e9naux parasitologiques, on estima la positivit\u00e9 au giardiase \u00e0 34,5%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e2ce au changement des habitudes alimentaires, aux diagnostics, au traitement et \u00e0 la diminution du stress \u00e0 Cuba, tous ont vu leur \u00e9tat s\u2019am\u00e9liorer, et sont revenus en meilleure sant\u00e9 ou gu\u00e9ris.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Infections dermatologiques\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les infections dermatologiques repr\u00e9sentaient 42,1% des infections.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le vitiligo touchait 22,2 % des patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alop\u00e9cie touchait 14,3 % des patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le psoriasis touchait 2,6 % des patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autre infections : 3%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience accumul\u00e9e au centre d\u2019histoth\u00e9rapie placentaire de Tarara, les patients atteints de ces infections restaient plus de six mois en traitement et cela permettait de revenir \u00e0 une repigmentation \u00e0 90,3% dans le cas d\u2019un vitiligo, ou \u00e0 86,4% de la repousse de cheveux dans le cas de l\u2019alop\u00e9cie. Photo : Archive \u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale<\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ETUDES DOSIM\u00c9TRIQUES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus aupr\u00e8s de 8 000 enfants refl\u00e8tent que :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La radiation externe a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus impactante dans la dose totale : estim\u00e9e entre &lt;1-170 mSv pour 70 ans.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">27% des enfants provenaient de lieux sains, 25% de lieux plus ou moins contamin\u00e9s, 23 % de zones \u00e9vacu\u00e9es et 25% de zones o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne reconnaissait aucune contamination du terrain par le Cs-137.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez pr\u00e8s de 60% des enfants, on a d\u00e9tect\u00e9 un niveau de contamination interne.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les niveaux de contamination interne par le Cs-137 se situait entre 1.5 et 565 Bq\/Kg.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dose interne qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re cette contamination est autour de\u00a0 &lt;1-9 mSv pour 70 ans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fr\u00e9quence de l\u2019hyperplasie thyro\u00efdienne tend \u00e0 augmenter avec l\u2019augmentation de la contamination interne et de la contamination externe par le Cs-137.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les autres indicateurs m\u00e9dicaux et biologiques ne montrent pas d\u2019alt\u00e9rations lorsqu\u2019on les analyse en rapport avec la contamination interne et la contamination externe par le Cs-137.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>SOINS APPORT\u00c9S AUX ADULTES UKRAINIENS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame si le programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour soigner les enfants victimes de la catastrophe de Tchernobyl, des adultes ont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une aide m\u00e9dicale. Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s les plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sont l\u2019endocrinologie, la m\u00e9decine, la dermatologie, l\u2019ophtalmologie et la gyn\u00e9cologie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les examens compl\u00e9mentaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e9taient d\u2019environ 4 par patients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>SOINS M\u00c9DICAUX EN UKRAINE (1998-2011)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e8s 1998, dans la province de Crim\u00e9e, dans la ville de Evpatoria, un groupe de m\u00e9decins cubains collaborait avec les m\u00e9decins ukrainiens. Il y avait un p\u00e9diatre, un m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un h\u00e9matologue, un endocrinologue, un psychologue et un traducteur de langue russe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Environ 5 000 \u00e0 6 000 personnes participaient \u00e0 ce programme chaque ann\u00e9e, programme agr\u00e9\u00e9 par nos sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du programme, un m\u00e9decin cubain sp\u00e9cialiste en p\u00e9diatrie \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 Kiev.
