Le forum tire \u00e0 sa fin avec le d\u00e9but des assembl\u00e9es de convergences qui se sont amorc\u00e9es au cours de la journ\u00e9e de jeudi 5 mai. Sept assembl\u00e9es de convergences furent officiellement inscrites, sans compter le r\u00e9seautage qui a pu se conclure dans les ateliers autog\u00e9r\u00e9s. On note des assembl\u00e9es de convergence sur les alternatives radicales du r\u00e9seau Adelante, sur le Machrek\/Maghreb, sur la Palestine avec comme th\u00e8me <\/b><b><i>Unis contre l\u2019apartheid, <\/i><\/b><b>sur <\/b><b><i>F\u00e9minismes et luttes contre le patriarcat<\/i><\/b><b>, sur les \u00e9conomies transformatrices et sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation, en plus de la tenue de la 7e\u00a0Assembl\u00e9e mondiale de l\u2019Alliance internationale des Habitants pour la plan\u00e8te. Voici quelques faits saillants de la d\u00e9claration finale de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e de convergence sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le titre de la d\u00e9claration de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e de convergence sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation, \u00ab<em>Manifeste pour les autres \u00e9ducations<\/em>\u00bb, r\u00e9sume la perspective adopt\u00e9e par les personnes participantes \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e. L\u2019\u00ab<em>Autre \u00e9ducation<\/em>\u00bb est d\u2019abord celle esquiss\u00e9e \u00ab<em>pour un autre monde possible<\/em>\u00bb. Il s\u2019agit ainsi de marquer l\u2019intention de d\u00e9velopper une \u00ab<em>\u00e9ducation d\u00e9colonisatrice, d\u00e9patriarcale, anticapitaliste et antiraciste<\/em>\u00bb, comme le mentionne d\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu la d\u00e9claration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par ailleurs, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet qui d\u00e9finit des propositions concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle en vue de mettre en place une marche vers une autre \u00e9ducation. La d\u00e9claration d\u00e9finit ainsi le projet \u00e9ducatif\u00a0: une \u00ab<em>\u00e9ducation publique, gratuite et de qualit\u00e9, avec une pertinence culturelle et une pertinence sociale, lib\u00e9ratrice, transformatrice et populaire, communautaire et d\u00e9mocratique, interculturelle, diverse, plurielle et inclusive, bas\u00e9e sur la justice \u00e9pist\u00e9mique et le dialogue interscientifique<\/em>\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, on retrouve aussi un plaidoyer pour une autre \u00e9ducation, non formelle, de conscientisation et de transformation sociale. La d\u00e9claration fait la promotion d\u2019une \u00e9ducation au service de la citoyennet\u00e9, en affirmant la centralit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation populaire, dans une perspective \u00ab<em>large, inclusive et transformatrice<\/em>\u00bb. Il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9velopper une \u00e9ducation tout au long de la vie qui valorise la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion, dans une p\u00e9riode d\u2019accentuation des divisions et des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abN<em>ous ratifions qu\u2019en ces temps, l\u2019\u00e9ducation doit approfondir ses processus \u00e9thiques et politiques et contribuer \u00e0 la transformation sociale en interaction constante avec les mouvements sociaux, les citoyens, les peuples autochtones et les paysans qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des r\u00e9ponses alternatives. Pr\u00f4ner la d\u00e9mocratisation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la socialisation et le dialogue des savoirs avec des approches et des m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019\u00e9ducation populaire.<\/em>\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec la pand\u00e9mie, la pression est tr\u00e8s forte sur les gouvernements et les acteurs priv\u00e9s pour utiliser la technologie de mani\u00e8re \u00e9tendue dans l\u2019enseignement. La d\u00e9claration affirme que le num\u00e9rique \u00ab<em>n\u2019est pas la solution ni est suffisante pour r\u00e9soudre les grands probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00e9ducation<\/em>\u00bb, malgr\u00e9 une reconnaissance que l\u2019utilisation de la technologie est importante. On demande de garantir les droits num\u00e9riques et d\u2019offrir des plates-formes et des logiciels gratuits et pertinents. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9ducation des jeunes et des adultes est plac\u00e9e sous le signe de pratiques plus humaines, et aussi de la solidarit\u00e9, du dialogue, du respect de la diversit\u00e9, en vue de construire une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste, d\u00e9mocratique, avec le plein exercice des droits par chacun et chacune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La d\u00e9claration reconna\u00eet \u00e9galement l\u2019importance des enseignantes et des enseignants, tout autant que des \u00e9ducatrices et des \u00e9ducateurs dans les secteurs aux apprentissages non formels, ainsi que toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es en \u00e9ducation.
