{"id":104230,"date":"2014-04-29T23:41:35","date_gmt":"2014-04-29T22:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/?p=104230"},"modified":"2014-04-30T10:43:57","modified_gmt":"2014-04-30T09:43:57","slug":"tendances-ce-murmure-design-transports-en-commun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2014\/04\/tendances-ce-murmure-design-transports-en-commun\/","title":{"rendered":"Tendances : ce que murmure le design des transports en commun"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>\u00a0<strong>Quand la communication visuelle et le design soutiennent la d\u00e9shumanisation dans les transports ou comment \u00eatre incoh\u00e9rent (ou pas) dans son comportement, avec charme et discr\u00e9tion.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance et la couleur de ce si\u00e8ge apparaissent sur certains quais du m\u00e9tro parisien comme une rose sur une friche industrielle. \u00a0D\u2019autant qu\u2019il remplace un mobilier urbain classique, connu pour sa solidit\u00e9 m\u00e9talli\u00e8re et son confort incertain\u00a0: rouge pompier, de formes carr\u00e9es et plut\u00f4t quelconque dans sa massivit\u00e9 d\u2019acier. <strong>Les nouveaux si\u00e8ges, quant \u00e0 eux, \u00e9talent leurs douces rondeurs d\u2019un vert printemps<\/strong>\u00a0: leur large demi-sph\u00e8re tronqu\u00e9e \u00e9voque une corolle florale ou un nid, dans laquelle l\u2019usager du m\u00e9tro s\u2019attend \u00e0 patienter douillettement. Cependant, le voyageur m\u00e9tropolitain constate rapidement leur faible nombre. En effet, la largeur de ce si\u00e8ge design ne permet pas d\u2019en installer un grand nombre sur les quais. Une taille disproportionn\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la surface utile <em>(\u00e0 moins d\u2019accueillir un post\u00e9rieur surdimensionn\u00e9)<\/em>. <strong>Comme si la largeur n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019un pr\u00e9texte pour \u00e9loigner leurs occupants les uns des autres.<\/strong> D\u00e9j\u00e0, l\u2019espace entre les si\u00e8ges rouge primaire pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents rendait difficile la conversation entre amis. Mais ils permettaient de s\u2019allonger, contrairement au banc dans la m\u00eame couleur, align\u00e9s \u00e0 leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, et dont l\u2019inclinaison et la hauteur inconfortable interdisaient toute sieste. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire, qu\u2019ils rendaient la nuit impossible aux sans-abris r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s dans le m\u00e9tro. Ces vertes corolles florales semblent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la m\u00eame logique\u00a0: exclure les sans-domiciles en interdisant de s\u2019y allonger. Pendant ce temps, les am\u00e9ricains d\u00e9couvrent qu\u2019h\u00e9berger les sans-abris co\u00fbtent moins cher \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 que de les r\u00e9primer (cf\u00a0: article Pressenza). Il apparait donc que, <strong>sous des dehors d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance, le mobilier urbain est con\u00e7u pour emp\u00eacher le contact entre les voyageurs, nuire au dialogue entre les personnes.<\/strong> Comme si en l\u2019autre r\u00e9sidait un ennemi potentiel. Ou pour le moins un g\u00eaneur potentiel. Comme si les g\u00eaneurs et les pickpockets dominaient en nombre parmi les usagers du m\u00e9tro. Comme si l\u2019usage social de la convivialit\u00e9, sans na\u00efvet\u00e9 excessive, s\u2019\u00e9tait perdu. Que voil\u00e0 d\u2019excellents concepts, renforc\u00e9s par le mobilier urbain, pour d\u00e9shumaniser la ville. Le parisien, fatigu\u00e9 de sa journ\u00e9e de travail, n\u2019en remarquera peut-\u00eatre que l\u2019esth\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Dans la m\u00eame \u00e9quipe, on trouvera le discounter ferroviaire Ouigo. Il fleurit en cyan et magenta dans quelques gares, direction la m\u00e9diterran\u00e9e. Ces bleu et rose primaires pourraient \u00e9voquer \u00e0 certains un design \u00e0 trois francs six sous, \u00e0 l\u2019image des enfants utilisant directement les couleurs de leurs tubes de peintures. C\u00f4t\u00e9 communication visuelle, \u00e0 bord du train, <strong>les concepts de \u00ab\u00a0partage\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0solidarit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb sont mis en avant<\/strong> par le texte des affiches. Comme dans le m\u00e9tro, \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, les apparences sont sympathiques. Une lecture plus attentive notera qu\u2019il s\u2019agit simplement des rappels habituels concernant l\u2019espace public <em>(nuisance sonore, poubelles)<\/em>. Ces sympathiques concepts semblent, de toute fa\u00e7on, assez \u00e9loign\u00e9s des pratiques de la compagnie. En effet, elle \u00a0contr\u00f4le syst\u00e9matiquement les titres de transport sur le quai, mais aussi les papiers d\u2019identit\u00e9, le tout pour des trajets en France. Pas tr\u00e8s efficace pour la convivialit\u00e9, \u00e0 moins d&rsquo;aimer papoter en faisant la queue. Ces pratiques de contr\u00f4le visent sans doute \u00e0 interdire une revente massive des billets qui casserait son march\u00e9. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elle souhaite probablement interdire \u00e0 d\u2019autres ses propres pratiques. D\u00e9marches peu coh\u00e9rentes, mais commercialement compr\u00e9hensible. <strong>Tout cela d\u00e9note tout de m\u00eame d\u2019un \u00e9tonnant sens de la <strong>\u00ab <\/strong>communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et du \u00ab\u00a0partage\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Elle interdit aussi aux accompagnateurs l\u2019acc\u00e8s au quai\u00a0: encore une pratique peu coh\u00e9rente avec \u00ab\u00a0la solidarit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb annonc\u00e9e. A moins qu\u2019elle demande aux voyageurs d\u2019\u00eatre solidaires pour pallier aux carences induites par leurs propres pratiques d\u2019interdiction des accompagnateurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Tout se passe comme si ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport prenaient note de la d\u00e9shumanisation croissante tout en continuant de l\u2019alimenter sous des apparences esth\u00e9tiques ou d\u00e9clarations de pure forme. Que les fran\u00e7ais sont po\u00e9tiques lorsqu\u2019ils nomment communication visuelle et design cette promotion de l\u2019incommunication et de la d\u00e9fiance\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalement, les publicitaires ont bien not\u00e9 le besoin et l\u2019aspiration\u00a0<strong>des voyageurs<\/strong> \u00e0 des rapports plus humains. Les voyageurs restent responsables de leurs comportements et libres de promouvoir (ou pas) de tels rapports.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Quand la
