Entrevista con Marianella Kloka en Grecia sobre el di\u00e1logo en el seno de la sociedad civil activa de Europa.<\/em><\/p>\n

J: En este momento tenso: \u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 el ambiente en Grecia?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: La gente est\u00e1 expectante. Estamos todos esperando los resultados de las negociaciones. Pero la mayor\u00eda, como lo demostr\u00f3 claramente el refer\u00e9ndum de la semana pasada, no quiere otro Memor\u00e1ndum con las instituciones. Si se firma un nuevo acuerdo, cercano al ultim\u00e1tum de Junker, y se aprueba en el Parlamento griego, no creo que el pueblo coopere en su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

J: En vista de que el gobierno griego prepar\u00f3 otra propuesta de reformas que incluye medidas de austeridad: \u00bfc\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 discutiendo este nuevo paquete \u2013post-refer\u00e9ndum- en Grecia? \u00bfCu\u00e1l piensa que fue el sentido de mantener el refer\u00e9ndum?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: Puedo claramente entender el sentido del refer\u00e9ndum: el pueblo vot\u00f3 que no quer\u00eda otro paquete de medidas de austeridad. Quiero recordarles a nuestros lectores que esto ocurri\u00f3 despu\u00e9s del ultim\u00e1tum que dieron las instituciones y que el refer\u00e9ndum tuvo lugar en una situaci\u00f3n de chantaje, con los bancos cerrados, situaci\u00f3n que sigue en pie. No quiero ni siquiera recordar la posici\u00f3n de los grandes medios. Muchas veces no fue m\u00e1s que terrorismo puro. Ahora el resultado fue entregado al primer ministro y al ministro de finanzas para que negocien mejor con nuestros acreedores. La estrategia elegida es curiosa, pero quiero esperar los resultados finales de las negociaciones antes de hablar.<\/p>\n

J: \u00bfTiene confianza en su gobierno en el sentido que podr\u00e1 obtener dinero de las familias oligarcas y de por qu\u00e9 no actuaron inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de haber sido elegidos, como les criticaron algunos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: La familias oligarcas son una gran parte del sistema. No es f\u00e1cil lograr que paguen. Pero, personalmente, apoyar\u00e9 este esfuerzo ya que pude ver algunas se\u00f1ales en estos \u00faltimos cinco meses. Sencillamente no se puede seguir sacando dinero de la clase media y dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas que solo benefician a un 10% de la poblaci\u00f3n. Una gran parte de este gobierno nunca estuvo en el poder anteriormente, de manera que tienen una oportunidad de ingresar a la historia en forma positiva. Apostar\u00e9 a esto, guardando la distancia como miembro de la sociedad civil activa para as\u00ed poder criticar si las cosas salen de otro modo.<\/p>\n

J: El mayor problema parece ser una reforma estructural del sistema de impuestos, el sistema de pensiones, abandonar el nepotismo y la corrupci\u00f3n en las instituciones. Nuevamente, \u00bfqu\u00e9 esperanzas tiene de que el gobierno de Syriza pueda atacar dichas cuestiones dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: Cada intento anterior de los dos partidos que han estado en el poder (juntos o solos) fracasaron. Creo que son muy corruptos. Quiero darle a Syriza cuatro a\u00f1os para que implemente sus pol\u00edticas y ayudar cuando las cosas vayan bien y criticar cuando vayan mal. He dicho ya muchas veces que las cosas no pueden estar peor de lo que est\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

J: Syriza hizo una coalici\u00f3n con un partido de derecha por la necesidad de obtener una mayor\u00eda. La vacilaci\u00f3n con respecto a recortar el presupuesto militar, por ejemplo, fue debido al socio de la coalici\u00f3n. \u00bfQu\u00e9 influencia cree que tienen los socios de la coalici\u00f3n en la toma de decisiones del gobierno?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: ANEL, el partido de la coalici\u00f3n, puso algunas \u201cl\u00ednea rojas\u201d para poder apoyar al gobierno y una de ella, desgraciadamente, fue el presupuesto militar. Pero durante la \u00faltima propuesta y en su discurso en el Parlamento griego del viernes en la noche, el presidente del partido apoy\u00f3 el recorte del presupuesto militar en t\u00e9rminos de armas y equipamiento pero no en favor de m\u00e1s recortes salariales y pensiones. Personalmente, no estoy de ninguna manera feliz con esta coalici\u00f3n como imagen. La ley referente a la ciudadan\u00eda para los migrantes fue aprobada en el Parlamento griego con el voto de ANEL. Esto es una verg\u00fcenza. Es una coalici\u00f3n muy fr\u00e1gil que la historia se encargar\u00e1 de juzgar. Hasta ahora, seg\u00fan lo que veo, los acuerdos iniciales se respetan mutuamente. Se debi\u00f3 construir confianza cuando SYRIZA form\u00f3 una coalici\u00f3n en enero, pero no fue as\u00ed. Crucemos los dedos de que funcionar\u00e1 y de que producir\u00e1 el menos da\u00f1o posible.<\/p>\n

J: \u00bfHay una voluntad y una comprensi\u00f3n por parte del pueblo griego de que deben hacer su parte para reformar las estructuras de su pa\u00eds? \u00bfPuede decirnos algo con respecto a los obst\u00e1culos y las motivaciones que tiene en el proceso de reforma la poblaci\u00f3n griega?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: Tres meses atr\u00e1s, el ministro de finanzas ofreci\u00f3 la posibilidad a aquellos que deb\u00edan sus impuestos de arreglar su deuda utilizando una medida de 100 dosis. Los informes del primer y segundo mes fueron bastante mejores de lo que esperaba el ministerio en t\u00e9rminos de ingresos y puesta al d\u00eda de impuestos. Quiero subrayar que la gente en Grecia est\u00e1 cansada de los gobiernos que dicen que har\u00e1n algo para favorecerla y luego usan las medidas propuestas en contra de ellos recargando los impuestos. Los resultados del refer\u00e9ndum de la semana pasada y este reflejo hacia la categorizaci\u00f3n impositiva nos demuestran que este gobierno encontr\u00f3 la manera de restablecer la credibilidad y ganarse la confianza de la gente. Esperemos que comprendan bien qu\u00e9 significa la confianza de la gente en un ambiente en ruinas.<\/p>\n

J: \u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus esperanzas en estos mementos que los l\u00edderes de Europa est\u00e1n reunidos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

M: Despu\u00e9s de escuchar el anuncio de Martin Schulz el domingo, inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de los resultados del refer\u00e9ndum, despu\u00e9s de mirar la reuni\u00f3n de la Asamblea de los parlamentarios de la UE y despu\u00e9s de la filtraci\u00f3n de ayer de las \u201cpropuestas\u201d de Wolfgang Sch\u00e4uble, no tengo muchas expectativas del \u201ccoraz\u00f3n de la democracia europea\u201d. Creo que una de las mejores soluciones, como lo entiendo, es encontrar una v\u00eda f\u00e1cil para que Grecia deje la eurozona. No solo yo, mucha otras personas (como lo demostr\u00f3 el refer\u00e9ndum) no vamos a aceptar otro Memor\u00e1ndum. Dada la situaci\u00f3n en la que estamos hoy no creo que abandonar la eurozona sea el fin del mundo. Creo que sobreviviremos. Y quiz\u00e1 nuestro ejemplo sea interesante en un futuro cercano para que otros pa\u00edses que sienten el yugo de la austeridad lo sigan. Europa es m\u00e1s que una moneda de cambio.<\/p>\n
