Seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 hoy el Ministro Giorgio Jackson, Secretario General de la Presidencia, en entrevista radial, el presidente Boric firmar\u00e1 este viernes 18 de marzo el Acuerdo de Escaz\u00fa, iniciativa que busca garantizar el acceso a diversos derechos ambientales.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl d\u00eda viernes ser\u00e1 la firma del proyecto que ratifica Escaz\u00fa, tratado que en principio Chile fue parte, pero luego se decidi\u00f3 inexplicablemente no firmarlo por parte del (ex) presidente Pi\u00f1era\u201d, detall\u00f3 Jackson al ser entrevistado por Radio Futuro, agregando que \u00abpara nosotros el tema ambiental es s\u00faper importante, de poder generar justicia y conciencia de que los problemas de este tipo se puedan resolver en primera instancia era relevante\u201d.<\/p>\n

Se trata del primer pacto ambiental de la regi\u00f3n, uno donde Chile actu\u00f3 como principal impulsor, especialmente en la primera administraci\u00f3n Pi\u00f1era (2010 \u2013 2014), aunque la idea fue desechada en su segundo mandato sin explicaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica alguna.<\/p>\n

Coherentemente con la prioridad ambiental que asigna el nuevo gobierno, la firma del Acuerdo de Escaz\u00fa estar\u00e1 dentro de los actos que marcan la primera semana de gobierno.<\/p>\n
