{"id":1223139,"date":"2020-10-22T22:30:53","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T21:30:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/?p=1223139"},"modified":"2020-10-22T22:30:53","modified_gmt":"2020-10-22T21:30:53","slug":"inclusion-en-las-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/es\/2020\/10\/inclusion-en-las-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusi\u00f3n en las empresas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como una buena noticia calific\u00f3 la presidenta de Fundaci\u00f3n TACAL, Andrea Zondek, la reciente promulgaci\u00f3n en Chile de la Ley 21.275 que exige a las empresas contar con un experto certificado en materia de inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad. La norma, que fue publicada en el Diario Oficial el 21 de octubre, indica que el profesional deber\u00e1 ser parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos y contar con una certificaci\u00f3n otorgada por el Sistema Nacional de Certificaci\u00f3n de Competencias Laborales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComo Fundaci\u00f3n TACAL aplaudimos esta nueva ley, porque es una gran noticia para avanzar en inclusi\u00f3n laboral efectiva de las personas con discapacidad, terminar con prejuicios en las empresas y contratar por competencias\u201d, sostuvo Andrea Zondek.<\/p>\n<p>La norma que modifica el C\u00f3digo del Trabajo, no solo exige incluir un profesional certificado en inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad, sino tambi\u00e9n las empresas \u201cdeber\u00e1n promover en su interior pol\u00edticas en materias de inclusi\u00f3n, las que ser\u00e1n informadas anualmente a la Direcci\u00f3n del Trabajo (\u2026) Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n elaborar anualmente programas de capacitaci\u00f3n de su personal, con el objeto de otorgar herramientas para una efectiva inclusi\u00f3n laboral dentro de la empresa\u201d, establece la nueva Ley en el Art\u00edculo 157 qu\u00e1ter.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Zondek relev\u00f3 que, para apoyar en este proceso, \u201cen TACAL estamos trabajando para dejar capacidad instalada en las empresas poniendo a disposici\u00f3n herramientas gratuitas, como el \u2018Manual para una inclusi\u00f3n laboral efectiva\u2019, adem\u00e1s de apoyar para que los equipos de RR.HH. cuenten con cursos de formaci\u00f3n que les permitan tener conocimientos integrales en materia de discapacidad, y herramientas concretas para llevar adelante procesos de b\u00fasqueda y selecci\u00f3n por competencias de los
