Die Beschl\u00fcsse betreffen das Rauchverbot in der Gastronomie, die Anhebung der Mindestpensionen, Rechtsanspruch auf den Papamonat, das Plastiksackerlverbot, Dienstfreistellung von Katastrophenhelfern.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch ein Antrag auf ein Verbot der Privatisierung im Bereich der Wasserversorgung wurde gestellt, das Verbot soll in die Verfassung geschrieben werden. Auf Antrag der SP\u00d6 stimmte der Nationalrat mehrheitlich f\u00fcr das Totalverbot des Pflanzenschutzmittels Glyphosat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6sterreich verbietet damit als erstes Land der EU den Einsatz des Unkrautvernichters Glyphosat und darf in \u00d6sterreich in der Landwirtschaft und damit im Lebensmittelbereich keine Anwendung mehr finden. Einfordern werde man auch eine Kennzeichnungspflicht in Sachen Glyphosat f\u00fcr importierte Produkte. In \u00d6sterreich wurde eine Belastung mit Glyphosat in 30 Prozent der Harnproben nachgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Verbot von Glyphosat muss nach dem Beschluss im \u00f6sterreichischen Nationalrat noch von der EU-Kommission best\u00e4tigt werden und ist rechtlich umstritten. .<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Aufl\u00f6sung der Schwarz-Blauen Regierung in \u00d6sterreich regiert bis zu den n\u00e4chsten Nationalratswahlen eine \u00dcbergangsregierung mit vier parteilosen Experten. Die Abgeordneten im Parlament sind an keine Koalitionszw\u00e4nge mehr gebunden.
