Der Konflikt zwischen Mali und Deutschland um den Einsatz der Bundeswehr in dem westafrikanischen Land dauert an. Zwar konnten vergangene Woche Differenzen um die Ein- und Ausreise deutscher Soldaten gekl\u00e4rt werden: Nachdem sich Berlin bequemt hatte, neue Formalit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr den Truppentransport einzuhalten, fand am Donnerstag der seit geraumer Zeit geplante Kontingentwechsel der Bundeswehr in Mali statt. Allerdings halten die Auseinandersetzungen um Malis neue Milit\u00e4rkooperation mit Russland an. Zudem schreitet Bamako gegen eigenm\u00e4chtige Operationen fremder M\u00e4chte auf seinem Territorium ein. So wirft es Frankreich vor, allein in diesem Jahr Dutzende nicht genehmigte Luftoperationen in Mali durchgef\u00fchrt zu haben, teils zum Zweck der Spionage und der Subversion. Die malische Regierung fordert deshalb eine Sondersitzung des UN-Sicherheitsrats. Zudem geht Bamako gegen einen privaten Auftragnehmer der Bundeswehr vor, der angeblich ohne ausreichende Genehmigung ein Milit\u00e4rcamp am Flughafen von Malis Hauptstadt betrieben hat.
