{"id":1592333,"date":"2022-05-27T12:49:03","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T11:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/?p=1592333"},"modified":"2022-05-27T12:49:03","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T11:49:03","slug":"parlamentswahlen-in-frankreich-wahlmanipulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/de\/2022\/05\/parlamentswahlen-in-frankreich-wahlmanipulation\/","title":{"rendered":"Parlamentswahlen in Frankreich: Wahlmanipulation!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das <em>neue \u00f6kologisch-soziale Volksb\u00fcndnis<\/em> NUPES, das von Jean-Luc M\u00e9lenchons <em>France Insoumise<\/em> (\u201e<em>Unbeugsames Frankreich<\/em>\u201c) initiiert wurde, vereint in einem historischen Abkommen die traditionelle Linke, bestehend aus der Kommunistischen Partei, der Sozialistischen Partei (die franz\u00f6sische Sozialdemokratie) und <em>Europe \u00c9cologie les Verts<\/em> (\u201e<em>Europa \u00d6kologie die Gr\u00fcnen<\/em>\u201c), zu den Parlamentswahlen, die am 12. und 19. Juni in Frankreich stattfinden werden. Es werden 577 Abgeordnete in die Nationalversammlung gew\u00e4hlt, die \u00fcber die Gesetze abstimmen und die T\u00e4tigkeit der Regierung kontrollieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kandidaten des NUPES (Nouvelle Union Populaire \u00c9cologique et Sociale) d\u00fcrfen sich nicht unter dieser Bezeichnung registrieren lassen. Das NUPES existiert auch nicht auf dem Formular der kandidierenden politischen Kr\u00e4fte. Es wurde n\u00e4mlich nicht als politische Formation anerkannt. Trotz ihrer politischen \u00dcbereinstimmung werden die rechtskonservative Partei <em>Les R\u00e9publicains<\/em> (\u201eRepublikaner\u201c) und die <em>Union des D\u00e9mocrates et Ind\u00e9pendants<\/em> (\u201eB\u00fcndnis der Demokraten und Unabh\u00e4ngigen\u201c) ebenfalls nicht als eine geschlossene politische Formation aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/download\/pdf\/circ?id=45336\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innenministerium<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlichte am 13. Mai ein neues Rundschreiben, in dem die verschiedenen politischen Formationen f\u00fcr die Parlamentswahlen im Juni 2022 festgelegt werden. In diesem Rundschreiben erscheint nur die ultraliberale Rechte<em> Ensemble la majorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidentielle <\/em>(\u201e<em>Gemeinsam f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4sidentschaftsmehrheit<\/em>\u201c), die verschiedene kleine Parteien zusammenfasst. Die Sammlungsbewegung NUPES erw\u00e4gt eine Klage beim h\u00f6chsten Verwaltungsgericht, dem Staatsrat, falls das Innenministerium seine Position nicht korrigiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Begriff der politischen Formation ist von extremer Bedeutung: Wenn NUPES am Abend des ersten Wahlgangs immer noch nicht anerkannt wird, werden die abgegebenen Stimmen jeder politischen Partei zugerechnet, aus der sie sich zusammensetzt: <em>France Insoumise<\/em>, Sozialistische Partei, Kommunistische Partei, <em>Europe \u00c9cologie les Verts<\/em>. Es g\u00e4be also kein Gesamtergebnis des NUPES, das eine korrekte Analyse der Stimmen der Franzosen und eine Verdeutlichung der im Land vorherrschenden politischen Kr\u00e4fte erm\u00f6glichen w\u00fcrde. Das Ergebnis k\u00f6nnte die Illusion erwecken, dass eine andere politische Gruppierung im ersten Wahlgang vorne liegt, nachdem die NUPES-Ergebnisse verw\u00e4ssert wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Ohne die Sichtbarkeit der NUPES k\u00f6nnten die W\u00e4hler das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass es kein Linksb\u00fcndnis gibt, was zu einer h\u00f6heren Wahlenthaltung im ersten und zweiten Wahlgang f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Kurz vor der Regierungsumbildung erlaubt sich Pr\u00e4sident Macron eine Wahlmanipulation. Er will eine von Jean-Luc M\u00e9lenchon getragene politische Kraft, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressenza.com\/fr\/2022\/05\/france-elections-legislatives-une-gauche-unie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NUPES<\/a>, welche das politische Gesicht Frankreichs nach der zweiten Runde der Parlamentswahlen ver\u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnte, aus dem politischen Spektrum entfernen. Diese niedertr\u00e4chtige Wahlmanipulation zeigt ihre Angst, die Mehrheit in der Nationalversammlung zu verlieren.
