Die Arbeiter, seit \u00fcber einem Jahr unentlohnt, haben sie in der Folge besetzt. Nachdem Interventionen bei den Ministerien erfolglos geblieben sind, haben sie beschlossen, die Fabrik in Selbstverwaltung unter Arbeiterkontrolle weiterzuf\u00fchren \u2013 und nun Bioputzmittel herzustellen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Produktion h\u00e4lt nicht nur die Fabrik am Laufen, sondern sie erm\u00f6glicht es den Arbeitern und ihren Familien, physisch und psychisch\u00a0 durchzuhalten. Sie hilft, lebendig zu bleiben, die W\u00fcrde zu behalten und negative Auswirkungen der Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit wie Angst, das Gef\u00fchl der Nutzlosigkeit und Depression zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Produkte werden kosteng\u00fcnstig an Einzelpersonen und Kollektive vertrieben, die sich dem Selbstverwaltungsprojekt von Vio-me verbunden f\u00fchlen. So kann der Kampf um die Wiederer\u00f6ffnung der Fabrik auf stabilen rechtlichen Grundlagen weitergef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesem Zweck wurde die Sozialkooperative (S.E. Vio.Me) gegr\u00fcndet. Jedes Mitglied ist zugleich Mitarbeiter und jeder Mitarbeiter ist auch Mitglied der Kooperative. Die Entscheidungen werden horizontal in den t\u00e4glichen Arbeiterversammlungen getroffen.
