Auch die Schweiz muss mehr Fl\u00fcchtlinge aufnehmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein ernsthafter Mangel an internationaler Unterst\u00fctzung ist der Grund daf\u00fcr, dass viele syrische Fl\u00fcchtlinge im Libanon keine medizinische Versorgung erhalten. Das belegt der aktuelle Bericht von Amnesty International Agonizing Choices: Syrian refugees in need of health care in Lebanon. Die Situation ist f\u00fcr viele Fl\u00fcchtlinge so unhaltbar, dass sie lieber nach Syrien zur\u00fcckkehren, um sich dort medizinisch behandeln zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht zeigt auf, dass sogar medizinische Notf\u00e4lle von Krankenh\u00e4usern im Libanon abgewiesen wurden. \u00abDie Behandlung in Krankenh\u00e4usern und die medizinische Versorgung von Fl\u00fcchtlingen aus Syrien ist im Libanon sehr mangelhaft. Das liegt auch an der fehlenden finanziellen Unterst\u00fctzung des Landes durch die internationale Gemeinschaft. Die Fl\u00fcchtlinge im Libanon m\u00fcssen leiden, weil der Rest der Welt es nicht schafft, in den Uno-Hilfsfond f\u00fcr den Libanon einzuzahlen. Das ist besch\u00e4mend\u00bb, sagt Audrey Gaughran von Amnesty International.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Jahr 2014 hatte die Uno f\u00fcr den Libanon eine Unterst\u00fctzung von 1,7 Milliarden US-Dollar vorgesehen. Diese Summe w\u00e4re ein Teil der insgesamt 4,2 Milliarden US-Dollar, die f\u00fcr die syrischen Fl\u00fcchtlinge ben\u00f6tigt werden. Gerade einmal 17 Prozent des Geldes sind bislang bei der Uno eingegangen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Libanon ist mit der Versorgung der Fl\u00fcchtlinge aus dem Nachbarland \u00fcberfordert. Zurzeit befindet sich mehr als eine Million registrierte syrische Fl\u00fcchtlinge im Libanon. Bis Ende des Jahres sollen es nach Sch\u00e4tzungen 1,5 Millionen sein. Das entspricht einem Drittel der syrischen Bev\u00f6lkerung vor dem Krieg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schweiz muss mehr syrische Fl\u00fcchtlinge aufnehmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die prek\u00e4re Situation der Fl\u00fcchtlinge in Libanon zeigt einmal mehr, wie wichtig es ist, dass sich auch europ\u00e4ische Staaten vermehrt f\u00fcr die Aufnahme von besonders verletzlichen Fl\u00fcchtlingen aus dem syrischen B\u00fcrgerkrieg einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schweiz hat bisher nur einen verschwindend kleinen Bruchteil der \u00fcber 2,5 Millionen Fl\u00fcchtlinge aufgenommen. Die Schweizer Sektion von Amnesty International fordert Bundesr\u00e4tin Sommaruga mit einer Petition auf, ihre Bem\u00fchungen zur unb\u00fcrokratischen Aufnahme bedrohter Syrerinnen und Syrer zu verst\u00e4rken. Ein erster Schritt w\u00e4re die Erteilung von erleichterten Visa an die Eltern syrischer Staatsangeh\u00f6riger und die F\u00f6rderung der Aufnahme von syrischen Fl\u00fcchtlingen durch Private.<\/p>\n<p>Amnesty International Schweiz begr\u00fcsst das starke Engagement der Schweiz bei der Uno f\u00fcr eine Resolution, wonach sowohl Mitglieder der Regierungstruppen als auch Rebellen, die der Kriegsverbrechen verd\u00e4chtigt werden, vom Internationalen Strafgerichtshof (ICC) zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden sollen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Libanon erhalten syrische Fl\u00fcchtlinge oft keine medizinische Versorgung.
