Es tracta d&#8217;anar un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la te\u00f2rica igualtat de totes les persones davant la llei, cap a una igualtat real d&#8217;oportunitats.<\/p>\n<p>Vivim en societats molt injustes, on el lloc de naixement determina, en bona part, les opcions que tindr\u00e0 una persona en la seva vida. No \u00e9s el mateix n\u00e9ixer dona que home, ni fer-ho en un pa\u00eds ric que en un pobre, ni tampoc \u00e9s indiferent la posici\u00f3 social de la fam\u00edlia. Aix\u00ed, mentre alguns tindran un ampli ventall d&#8217;oportunitats per aprofitar, la majoria dels \u00e9ssers humans haur\u00e0 de treballar molt \u00e0rduament i competir entre si, per tenir \u201calguna\u201d oportunitat.<\/p>\n<p>La RBU ve a compensar, en part, aquesta desigualtat inicial.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu no \u00e9s que tots visquem i siguem iguals, ja que aix\u00f2 aniria en contra de la nostra llibertat individual sin\u00f3, per contra, \u00e9s ampliar el ventall de possibilitats que se&#8217;ns puguin presentar en la vida, gr\u00e0cies a un fonament m\u00ednim que no ens deixar\u00e0 caure en el m\u00e9s profund del pou.
