“Selfie” Campaign for Nonviolence Day

The initiative ‘Building nonviolent spaces‘ has organized an online campaign through social networks on October 2nd 2014.

This day, Gandhi’s birthday, was proclaimed in 2007 “International Day of Non-violence.”

This action has been designed as a simple and rapid campaign to provide a massive dissemination to the subject of nonviolence.

It is for each person to upload on October 2nd a selfie of themselves or with a group of people on their Facebook page, Twitter or Google on the topic of non-violence (a slogan, a symbol, etc.) accompanied by #nonviolenceday #diadelanoviolencia text.

It is desirable to contribute creativity, initiative and self-diffusion.
