Harold Mayne Nicholls and Chilean Football are Committed to Promoting Football Without Violence

Harold Mayne Nicholls declared on the signing of this agreement that this second phase of the National Championship would be a season of non-violence in football, the first of its kind and unheralded in popular sport.

In an act taking place at the headquarters of the ANFP, located at Quilín 5635, Peñalolén, Santiago, the Governor of the Metropolitan Region, Igor Garafulic, and the President of the Football Players Union (SIFTUP), Carlos Soto, also signed the agreement as witnesses.
