The presentation will take place at the Centre of Political, Economic, Legal and Social Studies (CEPELS) in the City of Buenos Aires, on Avenida Cordoba 2415 at 19hrs.
Under the banner of the cycle of Argentine thought, this time the panelists Daniel Filmus (National Senator of the Front for Victory), Lia Méndez (Humanist Party, a former Buenos Aires legislator) and Claudio Herrera (President of CEPELS), will talk about Silo's work as a writer and as the constructor of a worldwide project of humanization.
The theme of the interventions will be given by the major current of thought founded by Silo, known as the New or Universal Humanism and the action taken on a global scale over many decades by the thousands and thousands of women and men who took up the cause of humanizing the earth.
This presentation will also be a tribute to Silo, a thinker whose departure occurred recently in Mendoza, his home province.
