THE MIDDLE EAST: PEACE & HARMONY STORIES
The EcoME Center – http://ecomecenter.org – is a home for co-existence and ecology for
Israelis and Palestinians to create healthy relationship between each other and with Earth.
They provide professional trainings in ecological and interpersonal skills and attitudes, in a safe
and welcoming environment.
From February 20- March 1, 2014, many dozens of Israelis, Palestinians and Internationals were
living at EcoME and practicing Nonviolent Communication together in the desert at the
crossroads of Jerusalem and Jericho.
They are resided together, creating a community of individuals committed to deeply
transforming the dominant societal paradigms of mistrust and victim/oppressor.
The women and men are discovering new models of genuine partnership and shared vision
of individual and societal change.
