Buenos Aires, Nov 12 (Prensa Latina) “The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) fosters today cooperation ties based on solidarity, humanism and complementation”, five ambassadors from the 10 country members highlighted here.

Ambassadors from Bolivia, Ecuador, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela presented in Buenos Aires the program to commemorate the tenth year of the creation of ALBA, an integration mechanism that seeks the human and social development of the nations.

ALBA is also made up of Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and as observers, Haiti, El Salvador, Honduras, Iran and Syria.

The creation of ALBA-Trade Agreement with the Peoples will be commemorated in Argentina with a comprehensive program that includes a film series, a conference at the Foreign Ministry chaired by its current Executive Secretary Bernardo Alvarez and led by Argentine Deputy Foreign Minister Eduardo Zuain.

The ambassadors and Dr. Alvarez will also hold a meeting with Argentine parliamentarians at the Congress of the Nation and will give a press conference.
